Shaun inspires his team to deliver exceptional service and build great relationships. He joined Metro in 2015 following a 12-year career in major Australian banks. He specialises in third-party asset finance and novated leasing with tertiary qualifications in financial planning. Shaun is proud to have helped Metro win BDM of the Year at the CAFBA awards, and significantly increase monthly originations.

Tony has over 30 years of experience in commercial lending. Since joining Metro in 2019, he’s proud to have more than doubled our Queensland business. Tony is driven to find solutions for our brokers and their customers, focusing on really understanding what customers need and what will make a difference.

Mark’s area of expertise is Commercial Asset Finance, in particular within the Earthmoving and Civil Construction industries. Mark has over 35 years of industry experience and joined Metro in 2015 as one of the initial members of Metro’s Sales Team. He is proud to have been awarded the NSW Asset Finance BDM of the Year from CAFBA.

Paula joined Metro in 2019 after various roles in asset finance across a 20-year-career. Paula has worked for major banks and finance organisations, as well as in the auto industry and for specialist Asset Finance Broker Groups.

Chris joined Metro in 2021 and has his sights set on finding the right solutions for our introducers and their clients as fast as possible. After around 30 years in banking and finance, including 17 exclusively in commercial and equipment finance, he’s passionate about making finance uncomplicated and communication clear.

David joined Metro in 2022 bringing over 9 years of experience in employee benefits and Novated Leasing. He has joined our team as an expert in the field with a strong focus on excellent service and building relationships with salary packagers and novated providers. David is focused on establishing our Novated product and ensuring it presents a strong offering to our customers and as Metro a lender of choice.

Brent joined Metro in 2019 as a Customer Experience Specialist before joining our credit team where he developed strong service and analytical skills. He has since progressed to a Consumer Sales Specialist with a strong focus on building relationships and supporting our introducers. Brent holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the Australian Catholic University.

Sales Support Specialist
Frances has over 25 years of experience working with local and international banks across a number of different roles that have required high levels of customer service and attention to detail. Frances joined Metro in 2021 to support the Sales team and brokers in driving performance and outcomes.
