Shaun inspires his team to deliver exceptional service and build great relationships. He joined Metro in 2015 following a 12-year career in major Australian banks. He specialises in third-party asset finance and novated leasing with tertiary qualifications in financial planning. Shaun is proud to have helped Metro win BDM of the Year at the CAFBA awards, and significantly increase monthly originations.

Tony has over 30 years of experience in commercial lending. Since joining Metro in 2019, he’s proud to have more than doubled our Queensland business. Tony is driven to find solutions for our brokers and their customers, focusing on really understanding what customers need and what will make a difference.

Mark’s area of expertise is Commercial Asset Finance, in particular within the Earthmoving and Civil Construction industries. Mark has over 35 years of industry experience and joined Metro in 2015 as one of the initial members of Metro’s Sales Team. He is proud to have been awarded the NSW Asset Finance BDM of the Year from CAFBA.

Jessica joined Metro in 2018 after six years in Asset Finance. She focuses on building great relationships with our introducers, and sharing expert knowledge of credit and products to make their jobs easier. Jessica’s top priorities are delivering high quality service, solving challenges, and providing the best possible outcomes for all involved.

Justin joined Metro Finance in the credit team in 2021 with a background in accounting. This is where he realised numbers weren't his passion, but his passion is helping brokers find solutions for their clients where possible. With unwavering energy Justin then made the switch to sales where he excels in cultivating strong relationships with brokers. Justin's vibrant approach not only sets himself apart but also ensures long lasting connections that drives success to find fast paced solutions within Metro Finance for NSW brokers.

David joined Metro in 2017 after over 30 successful years in banking. His number one goal is to support our trusted introducers to provide the best service and solutions to their customers. David has been integral to Metro’s sales growth, onboarding broker groups and making sure our introducers have a great experience working with us.

Since joining Metro in 2019, Craig has focused on relationship building and making sure our introducers have access to the best possible products and great solutions for their clients. He specialises in the competitive world of Equipment Finance, bringing to Metro around 30 years of experience across everything from sales to credit, product development and strategic alliances.

Paula is an expert in our Commercial Asset Finance products and always has great customer solutions and outcomes front-of-mind. Paula joined Metro in 2019 after various roles in asset finance across a 20-year-career. Paula has worked for major banks and finance organisations, as well as in the auto industry and for specialist Asset Finance Broker Groups.

Chris joined Metro in 2021 and has his sights set on finding the right solutions for our introducers and their clients as fast as possible. After around 30 years in banking and finance, including 17 exclusively in commercial and equipment finance, he’s passionate about making finance uncomplicated and communication clear.

Brent joined Metro in 2019 as a Customer Experience Specialist before joining our credit team where he developed strong service and analytical skills. He progressed to a Consumer Sales Specialist and now in his most recent appointment as a Business Development Manager in QLD with a strong focus on building relationships and supporting our introducers. Brent holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the Australian Catholic University.

Ainsley brings to Metro Finance a wealth of experience and knowledge across 20 years in the finance and broking sector. Ainsley is passionate about providing solutions and high quality service to her clients. She loves building relationships with brokers and is excited to continue to grow the Metro brand in WA.

David joined Metro in 2022 bringing over 9 years of experience in employee benefits and Novated Leasing. He has joined our team as an expert in the field with a strong focus on excellent service and building relationships with salary packagers and novated providers. David is focused on establishing our Novated product and ensuring it presents a strong offering to our customers and as Metro a lender of choice.

Amanda's extensive background in asset finance, including her experience in business development management, asset finance brokerage, and working with vehicle dealerships for over 15 years, brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Her passion and commitment to nurturing strong client relationships are highly appreciated and will play a vital role in our expansion within Metro Consumer.

Frances has over 25 years of experience working with local and international banks across a number of different roles that have required high levels of customer service and attention to detail. Frances joined Metro in 2021 to support the Sales team and brokers in driving performance and outcomes.

Abhishek joined Metro Finance in the sales team in 2022 with a finance background in sales and settlements. He prides himself on providing a high level of customer service by engaging with our BDM’s and other departments to provide a high level of customer service to our introducers and customers.

Sam joined Metro Finance in the sales team in 2022 with a finance background in settlements, customer service and novated leasing. She prides herself on providing a high level of customer service to help build relationships with salary packagers to grow the novated product.

Kimon joined Metro in 2021 as a Commercial Client Service Associate. In Early 2022, Kimon switched to the Consumer Client Service Associate role, where he helped launch the Metro Consumer Product.

Kimon has now progressed to the Consumer Sales Specialist position and is looking to leverage his strong analytical and service skills to build strong lasting broker relationships to help grow the Consumer Product.
